Directions
It is recommended to take with meal.
For children under 5 yrs, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into mouth.
Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.
Infants 0 – 6 months:
Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
7 months – 6 yrs:
Take 1 capsule daily.
7 – 11 yrs:
Take 2 capsules daily.
12+ yrs:
Take 3 capsules daily.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae schizochytrium species 250mg
…equiv. to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 100mg.

It was quick, the only thing is I ordered 7 items as website said only 7 items left and I was notified days after that they only had 6 available. But overall experience is good. Price is cheaper compared to other chemist.
