Directions
Adults: Apply 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of Elmore Oil Heat Cream to teh affected area and gently massage in until fully absorbed.
Use as required.

Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Do not use this product in children 6 years of age or less.
Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun.
If irritation develops, discontinue use.
For external use only.
Ensure foil seal at mouth of tube is intact before opening.
Keep tube sealed when not being used.
