Directions

Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Ferrous fumarate 16mg equiv. elemental iron 5mg
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121mg equiv. ascorbic acid 100mg
Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg
Folic acid 95mcg
Vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg
