Caruso’s Ashwagandha contains the unique organic herbal extract KSM-66® Ashwagandha. Sugar, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, starch, soy, nuts, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

Dosage

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.

    I take this along with the Mushroom 5 Complex and I do feel they are helping keep me calm, and sleep better. I’ve stopped taking sleeping pills which is a big step for me!
