Adults:
Take 1 tablet 2 times daily, dissolved in 200mL of water, or as directed by your health professional.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet:
Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine) 500 mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg
Biotin (Vitamin B7) 8 microgram

Each tablet contains 372mg of sodium
Contains sucralose.
Contains less than 0.1g of sugar.
