DO NOT USE IF PROTECTIVE LANCET COVER HAS BEEN REMOVED.

  1. Wash site to be lanced with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Insert lancet into lancing device.
  3. Twist off protective lancet cover.
  4. Lance skin and apply blood to test strip per manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Discard used lancet in appropriate container.

DO NOT RE-USE DISPOSED LANCET.

Reuse of devices labelled for single-use may result in product contamination and patient infection.
