Suitable 3 months +

Diffusion:
Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser.

Massage or bath:
Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs.

For 3 to 24 months:
1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

For 24 months +:
4 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

Lemon (Citrus limon), Organic Sweet Orange (Citrus aurantium dulcis), Siberian Fir (Abies sibirica), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Polybracetea).
