For left and right wrist Washable and reusable Wear during activities that lead to discomfort.

1. Place your thumb in the loop mat ensuring the smooth side faces skin.
2. Wrap the support around your wrist starting over the wrist.
3. Attach the strap to the support and adjust tension to desired comfort and support.
