- Business Hours: Emails and messages sent outside of business hours (including weekends & public holidays) will be answered once our team is back in the office.
- Bulk Shipping Fee: Orders exceeding the 5 kg shipping limit will incur an additional Bulk Shipping Fee. The fee will be calculated based on the carrier’s applicable charges, taking into account the total parcel weight, parcel dimensions, and destination postcode.
