Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily one hour before bed or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Humulus lupulus (Hops) dry extract 50mg, derived from dried fruit 500mg,
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry extract 50mg, derived from dried root 200mg,
Gentiana lutea (Gentian) dry extract 20mg, derived from dried herb 200mg,
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 20mg.
