Take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as professionally directed.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5mcg,
d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (Vitamin E 10IU) 8.6mg,
Ferrous fumarate (Iron 5 mg) 15.2mg,
Folic acid 100mcg,
Magnesium oxide-heavy (Magnesium 38mg) 63mg,
Manganese sulfate monohydrate (Manganese 2 mg) 6.2mg,
Nicotinamide 25mg,
Potassium sulfate 11.2mg Equiv. potassium 5mg,
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 4mg,
Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) 10mg,

    This vitamin has been around for a very long time. My mother took them and she lived a very healthy life to 91. I was glad to fine them again at Discount Chemist.
