Directions

Shake bottle before use. Use medicine cup enclosed.
Tighten cap after use to engage child resistant closure.
Use in children aged 6-12 years only on the advice of a doctor.

6 to 12 years – 5 mL Every 6-8 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
Over 12 years – 10 mL Every 6-8 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate 15mg

Warnings
