Directions

Infants 0 – 6 months:
Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.

7 months – 6 yrs:
Take 1 capsule daily; 7 – 11 yrs take 2 capsules daily

12+ yrs:
Take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

It is recommended to take with meal.

*For children under 4 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into mouth.
Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.

Ingredients

Each softgel capsule contains:
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) enriched oil from microalgae Schizochytrium species 250mg
Equiv. to DHA 100mg

It was quick, the only thing is I ordered 7 items as website said only 7 items left and I was notified days after that they only had 6 available. But overall experience is good. Price is cheaper compared to other chemist.
