Directions
Adults:
Take 8g (1 level scoop) once a day before bedtime, or as professionally prescribed. Only use the scoop provided.
Mix in 100-200mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
Use within 3 months of opening.
Store below 30°C.

I find this to be very helpful with sleep
Such beautiful sleep after taking this before bed. Highly recommend it esp for us older people! I go straight back to sleep after getting up once in the night
