Directions

Take 1 liquid shot sachet daily on its own or add to water, juice or smoothie.

Ingredients

Each sachet (25 mL) contains:
 Hydrolysed (Marine) Collagen 2.5 g, Zinc Citrate (Equiv. to Zinc 11 mg) 36 mg; Copper Gluconate (Equiv. to Copper 1 mg) 8 mg; High Selenium Yeast (Equiv. to Selenium 30 micrograms) 15 mg; Biotin 2.5 mg; Riboflavin 2 mg; Nicotinamide 20 mg and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1.5 mg Equiv. to Pyridoxine 1.2 mg
