Children 4+ years:
Give 1 chewable tablet 30 minutes before bed.
Children 8+ years:
Give 2 chewable tablets 30 minutes before bed.
Not to be given to children under 4 years of age.

Lemon Balm 37.5mg,
Passionflower 25mg,
Chamomile 46.88mg
Contains sugars and sulfites.
