Directions

Adults:
Take 2 tablets per day for collagen formation and skin health.
Take 4 tablets per day to improve skin elasticity and firmness. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.

Each tablet contains:
Hydrolised Collagen (Marine)…1.25g
Ascorbid Acid (Vitamin C)…75mg
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate)…3.5g

Contains fish products, phenylalanine and tartrazine.

Warnings

Large tablet size.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
Vitamin and mineral supplements shoudl not replace a balance diet.
