Directions

Swallow with a glass of water.
Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.

Adults only:
Take 3 tablets daily.

Each film coated tablet contains:
Calcium Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate 1000 (HMB)
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 333.3 IU) 8.33 micrograms.
