Adults: Chew (do not swallow whole)
For General Iron intake 8 mg: Take 1 pastille (soft gummie) per day.
To help prevent dietary Iron deficiency 24 mg: Take 3 pastilles (soft gummies) per day.

Each Pastille (Soft Gummie) Contains:
Ferrous Fumarate…24.34 mg
…equiv. to Iron…8 mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)…3.75 mg

Products containing maltitol and sorbitol (3.7g per 3 pastilles) may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. Contains sulfites.
