Directions

• Step 1:
  Remove two effervescent tablets from the tube and replace cap tightly.
• Step 2:
  Drop two tablets in 200mL cold drinking water. Freshly boiled and cooled water is recommended for infants under 2 years of age. Wait until tablets completely dissolve.
• Step 3:
  Sip slowly.

Recommended dosage due to diarrhoea and vomiting:

• Age: 0-4 months
  Weight*: 0-7 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 2-4 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 8
• Age: 5-11 months
  Weight*: 8-9 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 4-6 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 10
• Age: 12-23 months
  Weight*: 10-12 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 6-8 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 12
• Age: 2-4 years
  Weight*: 13-16 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 8-12 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 20
• Age: 5-14 years
  Weight*: 17-30 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 12-22 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 30
• Age: 15 years – Adults
  Weight*: >30 kg
  In the first 6 hours: 20-22 tablets
  Max. tablets per day: 37

Dehydration due to other causes: Consule BIOLyte when thirsty or feeling dehydrated.

Warnings

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
If diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.
If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use only as directed.

Not to be swallowed directly.
Discard unused solution after 2 hours.

Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Replace cap tightly after every use.
