Directions
Children 6 – 11 years of age:
Slowly suck 1 pastille every 4 – 6 hours when necessary.
Maximum 6 pastilles in 24 hours.
Use in children aged 6 – 11 only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Slowly suck 1 – 3 pastilles every 4 – 6 hours when necessary.
Maximum 12 pastilles in 24 hours.
Active Ingredients
Each Bisolvon Dry Pastille contains:
- dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10.5 mg
and the following ingredients:
- betadex
- acacia
- sodium cyclamate
- saccharin sodium
- quinoline yellow CI47005
- limette flavour 18635/02
- honey flavour 8366/001
- menthol
- citric acid anhydrous
- maltitol solution
- paraffin light liquid
- beeswax white
- purified water
Warnings
Do not use:
- If you are taking or have taken in the past 14 days monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
- In children under 6 years of age.
Product containing maltitol and sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
If cough persists for more than 1 week, seek medical advice.
