Directions

Adults- Dissolve 1 melt (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, two times a day. No water required.

Ingredients

ACTIVE INGREDIENT PER MELT (ORALLY DISINTEGRATING TABLET):
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 50 mg, Zinc oxide (zinc 5 mg) 6.2 mg, Selenomethionine (selenium 30 micrograms)74 micrograms

Contains Sulfites.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
