Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E 14.9 IU) 12.3mg,
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 45mg,
Thiamine nitrate (thiamine 1.2 mg) 1.5mg,
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.6mg,
Nicotinamide 16mg,
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine vitamin B6 1.7mg) 2.1mg,
Calcium carbonate (calcium 325mg) 812.5mg,
Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 6 mg) 6.5mg,
Heavy magnesium oxide (magnesium 105mg) 183.8mg,
Cupric sulfate phtahydrate (copper 600 micrograms) 2.4mg,
Zinc oxide (zinc 10mg) 12.4mg,
Manganese sulfate monohydrate (manganese 3.5 mg) 10.8mg,
Biotin (vitamin H) 30 micrograms,
Selenomethionine (selenium 50 micrograms) 125 micrograms,
Folic acid (vitamin B9) 200 micrograms,
Phytomenadione (vitamin K1) 35 micrograms,
Potassium iodide (iodine 150 micrograms) 197 micrograms,
Chromic picolinate (chromium 35 micrograms) 282 micrograms,
Colloidal anhydrous silica 20mg,
Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 600 IU) 15 micrograms,
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 2.4 micrograms,
Retinol acetate (vitamin A, 750 micrograms retinol equivalents) 884.3 micrograms.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women & 900 microgram for men.
WARNING – When taken in excess of 3000µ retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Not to be taken if on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
If you have any pre-existing conditions, or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use.
Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
