Directions

Best taken in the morning or anytime you need an energy lift. For exercise, take 30 minutes prior to starting exercise.
Add 2 level scoops (40 grams) to 200mL of refrigerated water in a shaker, jar (with lid for shaking),
glass or blender. Shake, stir thoroughly or blend until the powder is fully dissolved. Extra Energy Plus is best served chilled.
