Directions

Consume Vitality as part of a low calorie or low carbohydrate (low GI) diet.
Take 30 grams (1 slightly heaped scoop to 200mL of chilled, refrigerated water) twice daily.
This can be with main meals or as a between meal snack, depending on when you feel hungry.

Add powder to chilled water from the refrigerator in a shaker (with lid for shaking), glass or blender.
Shake, stir or blend until the powder is fully dissolved.

Because Vitality contains Isoflavones, drink it continuously for 30 days, then stop drinking it for 10 days (to allow your body to readjust itself).
Then start the cycle again. During the 10 day adjustment period continue with your weight loss by consuming low calorie or low carbohydrate meals.
