For You

    • Sleep: Spray around bedroom or on pillow 10 minutes before bed to promote restful sleep. Repeat as necessary.
    • Stress & mild anxiety: Spray room as required. For increased relaxation mild tension headaches, spray onto fingers and massage into temples. Repeat every 3-4 hours as required.
    • Relaxation: Spray in the air and inhale aroma. Repeat as necessary.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive skin.
Test on skin before use. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
