Directions
Adults:
Take 1 or 2 tablets at night or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Increase up to 4 tablets if required.
Drink plenty of water.

Docusate sodium 50mg,
Total sennosides (calculated as Sennoside B) 8mg.
Contains benzoates.

While using this product:
- Increase fibre in the diet (except in the cases of medication-induced constipation) and drink plenty of water.
Do not use:
- In children below 12 years of age
- For a long period of time as it may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems
- During abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or during diarrhoea
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor
- If cap seal is broken
- With other medication or liquid paraffin unless advised by doctor
