Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Take one or two tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if necessary.
Drink plenty of water.
Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation.

Total sennosides (calculated as sennoside B) 8mg.
