The Elastoplast Hi-Stretch Support and Compression Bandage is a highly elastic compression bandage, which provides strong compression for immediate treatment and faster injury recovery. The Hi-Stretch bandage is particularly useful in conjunction with the RICER technique.

Directions

Ensure skin is clean and dry. Keep the injured area supported and place it in the position it will be once bandaged.
2. Wrap the bandage around the injured area, ensuring that you overlap each layer by 1/2 to 2/3. If bandaging a joint i.e, knee or ankle, use a figure 8 bandaging technique.
3. Do not apply stretch or pressure on the last 10cm of application.
