Directions (Adults)
For therapeutic applications of magnesium:
Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation:
Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water once daily.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C.
