Directions
Shake well before use.
Use enclosed measuring device to obtain an accurate dose.
Children 2 – 3 years:
Take 5mL once daily.
Children 4 – 12 years:
Take 5mL, 1 to 2 times daily.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 10mL 1 to 2 times daily
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.

Iron (from Ferrous gluconate)10mg,
Vitamin B1 0.55mg,
Vitamin B2 0.70mg,
Vitamin B3 8mg,
Vitamin B6 0.70mg,
Vitamin B12 2.5microgram,
Vitamin C 55mg.
Contains potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and sugars.
