Great as a first food for ages 4+ months, Farex Baby Rice Cereal is rich in iron (when prepared). Simply mix one tablespoon of Farex Baby Rice Cereal with two tablespoons of your baby’s usual milk or cooled boiled water to make a smooth consistency.

Directions

How to prepare:

  1.  Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby.
  2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of Farex® cereal into a clean bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of your baby’s usual milk (When mixing with breast milk, it is normal for rice cereal to become watery. You may want to add slightly more cereal) or cooled boiled water to make a smooth consistency.
  4. Gradually increase the thickness of the cereal and increase amount according to your baby’s appetite.
  5. Throw out uneaten prepared cereal.

Ground Rice (98%), Sunflower Oil, Mineral (Iron), Vitamin C, Antioxidant (Herb Extract), Traces of Milk, Wheat & Soy.

Not recommended for infants under the age of 4 months.
