Adults:
For general Omega-3 supplementation – take 2 capsules per day with food
For Cholesterol Management – take 2 capsules, twice a day with food (4 capsules per day total)
For Arthritis pain relief – take up to 2 capsules, three times a day with food (up to 6 capsules per day total).
