Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician

Ingredients

Ferrous sulfate…325 mg (equivalent to 105…mg of elemental iron)
Sodium Ascorbate…562.4 mg,
…equivalent to vitamin C…500 mg
Lactose free, gluten free, sugar free and vegan friendly

Warnings

Bottle sealed under cap for your protection.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Do not take for more than 12 months, except on medical advice
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet
