A sinus wash kit can also be helpful for those with rhinitis of pregnancy who experience nasal symptoms like sneezing, blocked or runny nose. These symptoms can be quite common during pregnancy. It may also be used with other medicated nasal sprays so ask your health professional for more details about this.

Description

Directions

Use twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. FLO Sinus Care is non-habit forming and may be used as often as necessary. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist.

  1. Add 200mL of lukewarm, preboiled water to FLO bottle.
  2. Add contents of one FLO sachet to FLO bottle.
  3. Close FLO bottle with cap and shake until powder has completely dissolved.
  4. Lean over basin and inser cap nossle into nostril. While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze FLO bottle until solution starts to drain from other nostril.
  5. Continue until half of the solution has been used. Repeat procedure on other nostril with remaining solution.

Ingredients

Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucose Anhydrous and Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate.
