Directions

Read enclosed leaflet before use. Use 3 times per day or moe often if needed for the duration of travel.

Adults and Children over 12 years: up to 2 sprays per nostril.

Chilren over 2 years of age: 1 spray per nostril.

Use more frequently to relieve nasal dryness if required. May be used in pregnancy and if breastfeeding.

Carrageenan 1.6mg/mL.
