Gold Cross Friar’s Balsam has a few different uses. It can be used for inhalation, for temporary relief from cold & flu symptoms. It can also be used on minor cuts, bruises, and abrasions. Friars Balsam can be used as an antiseptic even for small skin fissures & can help relieve the itchiness caused by eczema and chilblains.

Directions

For inhalation:
Add 5-10mL to hot (not boiling) water.

As an antiseptic:
Apply undiluted to small cuts or grazes.
