Adults:
Chew 1 – 2 tablets up to three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Children 6 years and over:
Chew one tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C 500mg as
… ascorbic acid 300mg
… sodium ascorbate 227mg

Contains saccharin, sodium 170.64mg per maximum recommended daily dose and sorbitol 2.7g per maximum recommended daily dose.
