Directions

Due to the crystalline nature of Acetyl-L-Carnitine and the result of not using anticaking agents, powder may clump.
This does not impact the quality or efficacy of the product. Break any lumps with a spoon or by shaking the container prior to mixing in liquids.

Adults:
Add 1 g (approx. 1/4 tsp.) once daily to food, juice or water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Consume immediately after mixing.
