General Wellness
Adults, Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) to 20mL (4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.
Demanding Days
Adults, Take 10ml (2 metric teaspoons) 3 times daily after a main meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Maximum daily dose: 30ml
Shake well before using.
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men.
When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Vitamin can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Products containing sorbitol may have laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
