Directions

Shake the bottle well each time before use. May be mixed in water, milk or yoghurt depending on personal taste.

2-4 Years:
1-2.5mL – 2-3 times a day.

5-12 Years:
2.5-5mL – 2-3 times a day.

12+ years:
5-10mL – 2-3 times a day
