Directions

Wash your hands and the nipple shields in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly before applying to the breast.
Gently press the rim towards the nipple of the shield, turning the shield partially inside out.
Position the cut out portion of the shield at the top of your breast.
Bring the shield to your breast, lining nipple up with the shield’s nipple opening.

Storage Instructions

Regularly wash the protective case in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing the nipple shields.
Store in the protective case with the nipple shields facing up.
