Directions

Take dose at bedtime or as advised by your health care practitioner.

Adults & children over 12 years:
Take 1 to 3 chewable tablets as a single dose with water.
Drink plenty of water.

Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours except on medical advice.

Ingredients

Active ingredients in each tablet:
Sennosides A & B 12mg

Contains sugars, lactose, milk and soy.
May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

Warnings

Drink plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children.
Always read the label. Use only as directed.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Increase fibre in diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation (eg with codeine).
Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before taking this product.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
