Directions
After heating or cooling, apply to area for no more than 15 minutes at a time. If further treatment is required, wait 20 minutes before re-applying the bag.

Comfortable and lighter than wheat. Maintains heat well. Heat is ‘dry’ not ‘moist’ like wheat. I had bought thinking it could be used draped on the shoulder as well but it is best wrapped around the neck. Anyway it is as described, there is a slight smell which goes away.
