- Soak feet in warm water for 3-4 minutes to soften the skin. Alternatively use after, or whilst bathing.
- Gently scrub affected areas using medium or coarse side according to toughness of skin.
- Can be used wet or dry. For tougher spots, dry usage is recommended.
After use, moisturise to rehydrate your skin.
Rinse after use.
Do not use on broken skin or infected areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
