With clean hands, soften a small amount of Marcalan between fingertips

During Pregnancy:
Apply twice daily to entire nipple area during third trimester to help condition skin.

During Breastfeeding:
Apply after breastfeeding and before and after showering to help soothe, protect and moisturise. If discomfort persists, seek qualified lactation advice.
