Melrose Cod Liver Oil is derived from wild Icelandic cod from the pristine waters of the northern Atlantic. Deep ocean fish such as cod are a natural source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet. Melrose Cod Liver Oil is a source of Vitamins A and D. Vitamin A supports eye health and healthy eye function. Independent lab testing for heavy metals and environmental toxins ensure only the purest, quality premium fish oil.

Directions

Best consumed with food.

Adults over 12 years:
Take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily.

Children 2 to 12 years:
Take 2.5mL daily or as directed by your health professional.

For extended freshness, store refrigerated.
To maintain quality and freshness keep bottle in carton.
Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within 12 weeks of opening.
