Directions

Tear open the pouch and remove the cooling patch.
Use promptly after opening pouch.
Remove the transparent film from the back of the patch and discard.
Apply the cooling patch to the forehead or back of neck.
For best results, use cooling patch once only.
Safe to use during pregnancy.

Hydrophilic Polymer Gel, Menthol, Water.
