1. Read the instructyion manual for operating instructions, blood pressure taking guidelines, and setup instructions before using this device for the first time.
2. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly.
3. Apply cuff to your left arm and keep cuff level with your heart.  The bottom of cuff should be placed approximately 1-2cm above the elbow joint with your arm resting on a firm surface. Press the “START/STOP” button to start testing.
4. To check memory, press the “MEM” buton to see previous results. The unit will shut-off automatically when not in use.
