MY Healthstyle Hot /Cold Neck & Shoulder Wrap

Directions

HEATING (BASED ON 1100W Microwave)
1. Ensure the heating surface is clean.
2. Place the room temperature wrap on the microwave plate flat.
3. Microwave for 2 minutes, touch test the temperature.
4. Turn the wrap around and heat for another 1 minute and 20 seconds.
NB: The wrap will be very hot at this stage.
5. Touch test the temperature before application.
6. Reheat in 20 second increments if required.
Do not exceed 4 minutes total heating time. Overheating may cause product damage, burns, compromise safety or ignite.
IMPORTANT: Microwaves under 1100W (watt), you may need to adjust the heating time accordingly. Microwaves over 1100W (watt), avoid heating over 2 minutes.

COOLING
1. Place the room temperature wrap inside a plastic bag and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
2. Touch test the temperature, freeze further if required.
3. If too cold, allow to thaw for a few minutes before use.
4. Store in the freezer until ready to use.
Recommended use up to 25 minutes every 2-4 hours

Warnings

Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry if necessary. Do not soak in water, tumble dry or machine wash.
Ensure the wrap is fully dry before storing inside the storage bag provided.
Always insert the wrap inside a plastic bag when storing in the freezer.

Not suitable for children under 3 years or people who are inform and unable to follow these instructions or communicate.
Children over 3 years should be under the supervision of an adult while using this product.
Although this product is non-toxic, if ingested seek medical advice.
Discontinue use if the outer covering is damaged or shows any signs of leaking.
Not intended for use on wounded or broken skin. If the product causes discomfort, remove immediately.
If eyes or skin comes into contact with the contents of the pack, wash thoroughly with clean running water.
Always carefully test the temperature of the wrap before handling and application to avoid any risk of burns.
Consult with your doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
